Orders received by 5:00PM (PST) require 1 business day for processing and packing prior to shipping. For example, an order placed on Monday morning will be fulfilled on Tuesday and shipped on Wednesday. Orders received after 5:00PM (PST) require 2 business days for processing and packing. Standard delivery time (via ground shipping) is 5-10 business days, depending on weather.*
Orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (excludes Saturday, Sunday, and holidays).
Someone over the age of 21 years must be present to sign for any package containing alcohol (mandated by federal law).
The carrier will make 3 delivery attempts before the package is returned to us. If returned, a rerouting fee will be charged. To avoid this, we suggest using a business address for delivery.
