Reserve Wines

Reserve wine is considered to be of a higher quality, as it is usually aged longer than standard wines. Traditionally winemakers would hold back, or "reserve," some of their best wine rather than sell it immediately, knowing that as good as it tasted then, a reserve wine would taste even better as it aged. Reserves made by Stanton Barrett Family Wines are very limited in barrel production and made from the best vineyards in the Temecula Valley.
