The Temecula Valley, with its warm days and cool nights, is an ideal place to grow Pinot Grigio grapes as the climate lends itself to the vibrant apple and melon flavors for which the style is known. That same climate also brings out the best in our Sauvignon Blanc wines resulting in a refreshing dry wine with great minerality, aromas and tastes of herbs and grasses, finishing in a nice crisp pucker.
